How do I get started investing?

Am I an accredited investor?
An accredited investor, as defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), must satisfy at least one of the following:
- Have an annual income of $200,000, or $300,000 for joint income, for each of the last two years, with expectations of earning the same or higher income this year;
- Have a net worth exceeding $1 million, not counting your primary home

How much money do I need to invest?
The typical minimum investment amount is $50,000, though each syndication is unique. Typical minimum investment amounts range from $25,000 – $100,000. Investors may invest as an individual with a checking or savings account, or with an entity such as a LLC, trust, or Self-directed IRA account.
What is a real estate syndication?
A syndication is simply a way for people to pool their resources together. A real estate syndication allows for individuals or groups to pool their financial and intellectual resources together to purchase properties much bigger than they could afford or manage on their own.
